The Museum of Modern Art
For 50 years discussions and planning were held about the construction of a museum for showcasing the collections of the 1900 art collection, then preserved at the National Museum. Hundreds of banquets and events takes place at the City Hall annually, and one of them is the world famous Nobel Banquet.
Från att det köps tills det aktiveras är det giltigt i två år och aktivering sker automatiskt i samband med den första aktiviteten. In 1958 Moderna Museet (The Modern Museum) finally opened its doors to the public, where it currently holds one of the world's largest and finest collections of art from 1840 to present day.

Skansen
Skansen was opened in 1891 by founder Arthur Hazelius as the world's first open-air museum.
It is from the City Hall that the capital is controlled ans around 200 politicians and officials have the building as their workplace every day.
