GUIDED TOURS AND SERVICES FOR GROUPS

For all group tours, seminars, project days and other presentation formats, there is a limit on the number of participants per booked date. Tickets that have already been paid for cannot be subsequently discounted.

Price increases will be announced in good time on the website and at the ticket offices.

No liability is accepted for the cancellation of guided tours due to force majeure or similar.

Free cancellation or rebooking of group tours and all other educational group programmes is possible if made in writing up to 14 calendar days in advance.
